Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?

Yes, we do! Please email dailyfocus.co@gmail.com and let us know how many planners you would like to order. We will provide you with the best discount possible for your order specifications.

Do you have a digital version?

Unfortunately, we don't offer digital versions of our products at the moment.

Shipping

When will my order ship?

We will ship your order within 1-3 business days. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipment notification email with tracking information.

My order was delivered, but is missing. What can I do?

Kindly note that Dailyfocus is not responsible for packages scanned delivered by the shipping carrier that cannot be located.

Do you deliver internationally?

We do offer worldwide shipping! The shipping times depend on your international address and may vary. Rates for each country are calculated based on the weight of your order and can be viewed at checkout. Any import fees or duties are the responsibility of the purchaser and are not included in our pricing. Kindly note that we do not provide returns for international orders.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy for UK orders?

Your satisfaction is our priority and we want you to love your purchase. If something isn't quite right and you wish to return your item, you have up to 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it, unused, and in its original packaging, along with the receipt or proof of purchase.

Starting a return is easy – simply reach out to us at dailyfocus.co@gmail.com, and if your return is approved, we'll provide you with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that returns sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will promptly notify you regarding the approval status of your refund. If your return is approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method.

It's important to keep in mind that the time it takes for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund may vary. Please be patient as these processing times are typically beyond our control.
